By downloading, installing, or using SheetMind ("the Application"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.

These terms apply to all users of SheetMind, including free trial users and paid subscribers.

Description of Service

SheetMind is an AI-powered spreadsheet desktop application that provides:

• Spreadsheet creation, editing, and management
• AI-assisted data analysis and suggestions
• Chart and visualization generation
• PDF and Excel export functionality
• Form view and data entry features

Subscription & Payment

SheetMind operates on a subscription-based model. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable subscription fee on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• Provide accurate and complete billing information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at each renewal

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
• Use the Application for any unlawful purpose
• Share, resell, or sublicense your account to others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Upload malicious files or content through the Application

Intellectual Property

SheetMind and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by MD. Aminul Islam and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your data and spreadsheets remain your property. We do not claim ownership of any content you create using SheetMind.

Disclaimer of Warranties

SheetMind is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SheetMind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of SheetMind after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
